After doing a workout of 100-200 sit ups/crunches, i stretch, then like half an hour later i sleep.
Will this affect me in any way?
If so, good or bad?

If anything you should sleep good! No this will not hurt, just don't over do it!

I did that and I got great results. Only I would go to bed maybe an hour later.

That shouldnt affect your workout routine. I was doing pretty much the same thing and still got results....

wont affect you just will take longer to fall asleep, i find its easier to work out atleast an hour or so before i go to bed, also dont do it before you eat, whenever i work out right before i eat i lose my appetite
