They are all the same species: Canis familiaris.
That is why all breeds may interbreed, and produce fertile offspring - the biological test for a species.

I totally agree with Andrew, dogs are all the same species as cats are another species and so on, the species branch off and what then is call a breed species more to say,

all dogs are the same due to the fact that before they became domestic dogs they happened to be wolves.
