I'm looking for a recreational train ride, maybe one with a dining section/service and I can't seem to find one in Northeastern Pennsylvania. I just want to be able to sit and relax, look out the window, and enjoy the ride. Thanks to anyone who can help.

If you're after tourist railroads Pennsylvania has plenty of them from the New Hope & Ivyland to the Reading, Blue Mountain & Northern as well as everything from steam locomotives to dinner trains. To get a good idea of everything PA has to offer check the link below and search under Pennsylvania.

nSullivan gave you great answers... I'm on the west-coast and get confused with the placement of east-coast states... but try this link to the National Historical Railroad Assc. http://www.dcnrhs.org/trips/index.html

Dang, the natural smartass in me wanted to say look on or near the tracks too.
Now the precedent has been set I cant say it and it is killing me :-(
I like your name but there is no shame in being a carnivore, come out of the closet and join the rest of us.
