Especially the lies told on websites like this one;
http://www.arkdiscovery.com/Noah's%20ark2.htm
Rob Wyatt is a known fraud and con-man. Yet when he makes a website about a myth, you guy swallow it hook, line and sinker!
Heck, he posts a photo from Google Earth clearly showing a "boat like shape" yet when you take the same co-ordinates, surprise, surprise, it's gone! Is it a miracle? No, just photoshop.
Honestly, you people are the reason that the old joke exists "why are the hills of Lebanon bare? Because everyone in christendom wants a piece of the true cross" -medieval joke.
The fact is, your gullibility and the fact that you've been brainwashed into thinking a lie is truth makes you succeptible to every con-man out there.
Go ahead and take a look at the site. Ask yourself why the photo of google earth has been tampered with? Ask yourself why the Turkish government would set up a "tourist center"? with nothing to show off?
Gullible people with money, that's why.

The fact is, this is a myth. There is NO credible evidence to suggest that a worldwide flood ever happened.
Not to mention the fact that any wooden vessel so described in the bible would collapse under it's own weight.
And then there is the question of animals from other continents. Oh yes, the writers of the bible, being bronze age and medieval con men themselves, had no idea there were other continents.
Oh well, what's facts and reality when there are gullible sheep to fleece every week huh?
How much do you want to bet the "noah's ark visitors center" has a collection plate for donations?
And that, after all, is the point of all this, making as much money from gullible idiots with the least amount of work...

Batgirl,
it's not an opinion, it's undeniable fact. Anyone who believes that a fairy tale is reality, deserves nothing but my scorn.

Douga,
you're right. The fact that it's a myth is proof that it never happened. Thanks for clearing that up.

Sahar,
the koran is as big a book of myths and fairy-tales than the bible.
Honestly, you have my pity.

A star for you.
But you have also missed out the best argument. For the flood to have happened Noah would have had to carry in his Ark millions of species of Fresh Water fish,as fresh water fish can't survive in salt water, or he would have to had carried millions of Salt water fish, whales, seals and so on as they can't survive in fresh water.
Either the rain is Salt Water rain which would kill the fresh water fish or the rain is fresh water which would kill the salt water fish.

If the lies you are talking about are present day people's accounts -- then who says we believe? Perhaps these people believed they saw something, in which case it isn't a lie but an unconfirmed sighting.
Until it may be demonstrated publicly that so and so object is here for all to see, there is no reason to believe in such statements.
However, if you refer to the Bible then my question is, why do you believe the lies?
From the Bible account, it is unfortunate, but it must be admitted that the location of the ark cannot be said to be known.
The account permits two different translations that each provide 180 degree opposite directions in which to search for the ark!
One translation says that the post-flood people while traveling east came to the plain of Shinar. This gives a location of the ark somewhere in Iran or in southern Afghanistan.(?)
The other translation barely permits the common believed location.
Nonetheless, God doesn't lie. If you think so, you are going to be sorely disappointed and surprised at Armageddon.

I haven't seen Noah ark but I know it happened, because the Bible said it did. Jesus Christ is not a liar, the devil is the liar. Jesus Christ died for your sins and mine. He gave his life for you, suffered and bleed on an old rugged cross. Read John 3:16, Jesus said all ye that are heavy laden come unto me, and I will give you rest. You must to Christ by faith. Trying to discredit something that happened about 4 thousand years ago is useless. Jesus paid the price on calvery. He was crucified for you. Now in order to get to Heaven you must believe that he did. The bible clearly teaches that if you are not a born again Christian you will go to Hell when you die. I don't know about you but I would just as soon stay away from the lake of fire. If you want to go to Heaven say this Prayer and believe. Jesus gives you freewill, Dear Jesus, I just ask you right now to come into my life and save me, I admit and confess that I am a sinner. I believe that you came and died on a cross for my sins, and that you rose from the grave as a perfect sacrifice to cover the sins of all mankind. I do believe you are the Son of God and I ask you to make me one of your children in the Kingdom of Heaven, and be my Lord and Saviour, in Jesus Name Amen, If you Prayed this Prayer with a sincere heart you are now saved, You should feel a burden being lifted off your heart and the days will seem brighter as Christ begins a work in you, find a church, and start reading your Bible, may God Bless YOU!!! If you have any questions please feel free to email me. Mercy and Grace have been applied!!!

The evidence is there. Where the Ark is located is on an ice cap. The Ark is visible during the warm months and covered in ice in the colder months. Marco Polo saw it and recorded this fact in his writings. Anastasia also made mention of this fact. The Smithsonian Institute has relics from the Ark in it's possession. There are many other evidences other than photos to prove that it is there. We would be pretty shallow to just go by one source for our evidence, now wouldn't we?

Let me go ahead and debunk EVERY explanation you get. Like one I've already heard.."Afterwards, they split up to different corners of the world and over time, the environment changed their skin tone, appearance, etc."..
Now, first off, why is this easy to believe, but natural selection is so absurd? Oh wait, they're the same thing! THIS^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^... = Evolution. Hi? Okay. Now that that's outta' the way..
So, Noah's kids and family split up amongst the earth right? Well who did the have intercourse with? They being the last people on earth. Did each one of his sons take one of his sisters to the ends of the earth to have sex with her? Why for that matter? How? How could they have lived that way? How many children did he HAVE, that they created EVERY race on earth? Quite a few, I guess.
Didn't people live far shorter lives after the flood? There goes your "Oh but they could live so long, they had multiple children" scenario. If that were the case, there would be roughly the same ammount of people on earth today.
Oh oh, also, a couple thousand years is NOT enough time to completely populate the earth to the density it currently is, thank you. Anyway..Continue..
Oh oh, for you people who say "Oh uh...Not EVERYONE died in the flood...some people went to higher ground"..I have one thing for you. STOP BEING STUPID. Why would Noah have to even MAKE his boat of wonders if they could have brought the animals to 'higher ground'. Also, the flood was SUPPOSED to kill everyone. So keep that one closed.
Here's some more interesting logic for you. What happened to all the salt water animals? Where did they go when all the bodies of water on earth were connected, deluting the salt water, thus killing off all saltwater creatures? Why do we still have salt water creatures, and why aren't we finding the dead corpses of Zebra and lions on the ocean floor, where they drifted during the flood? We SHOULD be finding rather odd (recent) animals in completely different continents. Example; you should have no problem going outside your home in california, and finding the remains of a dead PANDABEAR. Because the water would have easily brought all the dead animals' carcases to other ends of the world.
Oh here's one. What did Noah do with the penguins, polar bears, and other arctic animals that couldn't have survived without their designated climate? Or desert creatures for that matter.

Noah's Arc is a truth read the following from Noble Quran, the word of God in his own grand and exalted sentences :
We sent Nuh (Noah) to his people and he lived among them a thousand years less fifty. Then because of their wrongdoings the flood overtook them. But We delivered him and all who were in the ark and WE MADE THAT ARK A SIGN FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD. (Quran Al-Ankabut V-14&15)

Calling people who believe in Noah's Ark "idiots" is certainly not kind. It might be your opinion, but it is not courteous.
I hope you feel better after your rant.
Have a good day!
