As long as it is consensual, I have met a few ladies who allowed me to tickle their feet. Fortunately for me, they tickled me in return!
Tickling should always be consensual and it is always best when it is playful and done with respect to the feelings, limits and desires of the person who is being tickled.
PS. I would love to see how ticklish "extremely ticklish" is, shygirl! ;o}
