Here is a recipe for a milkshake that is delicious.
INGREDIENTS for 2 servings
~ Candy Milkshake
2 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
¼ cup milk
1 candy bar or ½ cup of broken up candy sweetie pieces
How to Make Milkshake Candy Bar Flavour
Break up the candy bar or candy sweetie pieces and place into the freezer for 15 minutes. After freezing add all ingredients into a blender or milkshake maker and blend well together for about 30 seconds. After that stir around the candy bar pieces with wooden spoon and blend for another 30 seconds.
If you like your Bar Candy Milkshake really thick then place it into a milkshake glass and put it into the freezer for 5 minutes before enjoying your bar candy milkshake straight from the iced glass

Sounds like a blizzard. Try something smooth like caramel.
I was going to suggest experimenting with eggs, until I discovered, in the small print, you want a "creative" chocolate milkshake.
Maybe you could add a raw egg, or two, to your favourite chocolate milkshake and see if you like it!
In the old days, adding an egg to a milkshake was a tradition, but the egg cost extra.
Here's a lesson in marketing, at no extra charge: A soda jerk was ordered to sell more eggs in his milkshakes.
Everytime he asked, if they wanted an egg in their chocolate milkshake, they said no (almost never "yes").
Then he changed the choise from 'yes or no' to "one egg or two?", and suddenly everone ordered 1 egg.
It is called the "forced choise" close. You buy no matter which choise you take!

Adding candy bits to ice cream is a specialty of an American fast-food chain called "Dairy Queen".
Its not exactly a shake--they just mixt the candy into a soft-serve ice cream in a cup-- You could make one into a shake just by adding a bit of milk and mixing well.
Just chop the candy up into nibble-sized bits. I'd reccommend mixing the milk and Ice cream first, then stirring the candy in with a spoon. Leave a portion of the candy on top.
You can mix in about anything you want--from sweetened fruit to crumbled oreo cookies to m and m candies. I usually choose the one made with the crumbled toffe candy bits.

Yes, it would. I think some fast food chains do that kind of thing already.
If it were me, I would put the chocolate in a blender together with icecream, milk and flavoured syrup and give it a whizz. Good luck x

Try it and see, think there are smoothy shops that sell smoothys with all sorts of strange things in them including maltesers so it's worth a go.

Baskin Robins did or do a peanut butter and chocolate ice cream that was superb. Perhaps a peanut butter and chocolate milk shake using their ice cream.
