I put this on a bed of stir fried veggie, but we didn´t eat all the shrimp.

Make a dip out of it today. Chop the shrimp finely and mix with cream cheese, then serve with crackers.

The garlic will have gotten stronger overnight. I would suggest a shrimp omelet....but the garlic is likely to be overpowering.

When I have leftover meats, I saute mushrooms in butter with more garlic, add a jar of Classico roasted garlic alfredo, dump in a handful of shredded Parm and Romano and asiago, and a few splashes of half and half. Then add the leftovers and heat through. Cilantro or parsley make good garnishes for it.

This actually also works well with leftover veal picatta.

I would love it on rice.

I'll be right over ;-) ..... l love shrimp.

I used to think small ones are tastier, until I had great gumbo shrimp at Tony Roma's Restaurant on Fallsview Avenue in Niagara Falls this week. But it's pricy there!

Do you like stir fry? M-m-mm-mmm good!!!

salad with shrimp on top
shrimp omelette
shrimp wrap (shrimp, grated cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, with salsa on a tortilla)
simple pasta.. boil up noodles, open can of ragu, heat, toss shrimp over..

I think I would eat it cold on some salad with some nice cesar dressing, and some garlic croutons.

How much leftover do you have?

If there were a lot, I would chop it up, and mix it with some chopped jalapeno and jack cheese and put it into empanadas.

Otherwise, you could chop it really fine and make a dip with it.

Add a little chili powder and a squeeze of lime. Use for tacos. If you don't have a lot, a little goes a long way ;) Yum !
