The most common problem in Pomeranians is luxating patella. Also Legg-Calvé-Perthes syndrome and hip dysplasia can occur, but are rare. Eating and sore leg may be abit of both if not better in 24hrs best check with a vet and lots of cuddles and a warm hot water bottle

I would contact your family vet immediately ~ sounds like you may have 2 different problems going on at the same time; limping and not eating?

Examine its paws carefully and remove any foreign matter found. The problem could be arthritis also. Hence do some steam fomentation. About the dog not taking its food for a day or two,one need not worry.
