I was once on Lexapro, & I never had uncontrollably shaking legs until then. I've been off of it for quite a while, & I still shake uncontrollably.

Uncontrollable shaking (hands, arms, legs or head) is a side effect of Lexapro. I wouldn't know how long this would last after you go off the medication though. Below is a list of drugs that should never be taken with Lexapro. Please read the list and see if you were taking any of these while on Lexapro. You may be having trouble if you were just taken off Lexpro without going off of it gradually.

I think you need to check with your doctor about this shaking; this sounds serious.

Maybe you should consult another doctor or a specialist. Medicines can only affect you, if you underestimate the side effects of it. Be careful and good luck!
