I purchase coconut oil at my local Walmart SuperCenter- it's on the shelf with the cooking oils under the brand name "LouAna". It's not a liquid oil in a bottle, but a solid (like Crisco) in a plastic canister.
MUCH cheaper than in the health food stores!

You can buy pure raw coconut oil at a vegan health food store such as a Co-op. You might not have them around where you live, but you can always order coconut oil online.

Depend, each store has its own promotion. Usually on sales item is the cheapest and you has to look at their weekly ads for that. Walmart and Costco probably has the lowest price in most item. Also consider other ethic supermarket, if there's a mexican or asian market they might be selling cheaper price in some item.
