Is it possible to see the pacemaker once it is inserted, through the skin? What about its wires? Or is it only possible to see either the pacemaker or wire, not both? What might be the reason for the cause of this situation?

If this is possible, then how do we resolve this problem? Do we need another surgery to make it so the device can not be seen? Or just wait it out?

There is nothing to worry about, in females this cosmetic reason is always taken in consideration. So relax, although it's difficult.

Yes you can see or feel the outline of a pacemaker through the skin after it is inserted. The wires themselves though should be under a layer of muscle tissue and then into the heart muscle itself.
If you can feel the wires, do not touch them as you do not want to be dislodging them. You need to have the sight evaluated by the doctor who placed the pacemaker.
Good luck.

Some people don't have alot of body fat and so you can see the outline of the pacer. I have never seen anyone where you could see the wires though.

What difference? I have a defibrillator and you can feel it under the skin. Big Deal.
