Thanks dull john, i actually want to set this to a different email address than the email account i have setup. the reason for this is i have setup some complex forwarding that i prolly dont need to go into lol. but in a nutshell, i want any replies to my sent emails from said account to go to a different account... does that make sense?

Well that was supposed to be automatically set when you ran it the first time to set up your email account. Look into help about running the setup wizard again.

Just create the email account you want to use as you did before.

Outlook will let you choose what account you want to use on the toolbar with an "Accounts" button and drop down list in all new emails.

I regularly switch to send between three email accounts.
