I got these birds from this lady I know, she has a bad case of herpes...will I contract this virus....should I see a doctor?

You can't get Herpes from birds! It's a STD ! Even if their former owner had infected their feathers , the virus would've died by the time you 've had contact with them because the virus is weak .Don't see a MD , you'll make him laugh .

Not herpes but chlamydia bird poop carries it naturally.

if you get herpes from birds then you've got a much bigger problem, you can get herpes from and only from sexual contact
