Old enough to have enough money to pay for the condoms.
I seriously doubt they would put an age restriction on protected sex.

You also get them free from Planned Parenthood, by the way!
But your local store will sell them also...

Store policies may vary, however, as long as you are of age to consent in your state, you should be fine. They shouldn't be able to turn you down once you reach the age of consent.
