of course you can, it has nothing to do with ethnicity. You can surely work for an Indian restaurant and i hope it would be a great experience for you..

Most of the employees in Indian restaurants (in CA) are all Mexicans! It's not about ethnicity, so go apply & GOOD LUCK!

join as a trainee in the kitchen.
any restaurant will accept you, if your papers are in order.

I don't see a problem with that! I have seen cooks of other ethnicities in different restaurants and the food still taste authentic and delicious! Good luck with your endeavor!

Just about everbody who works resturant kitchens these days is Mexican, so not being Indian should be not problem at all. Just start looking for a job.
