Would it be a book, a magazine, a website? Should I pay for a website or other fee or subscription type medium?

Will most (all) tattoo places have a good artist? Will they do a paper drawing before so I can review it? Anyone had the black light tattoos done?

do you know what you're looking for? if you have any ideas at all you should just go to a custom tattoo artist so you can have something unique for yourself. i don't ever advise getting flash or something that you saw on the internet because who wants a tattoo that tons of other people have? custom tattoo artists are great at creating custom pieces of art so you'll know that the tattoo you have is one of a kind.
good luck in your search for the perfect tattoo!
