The best way is to not juice them. Fruit and vegetable juices are mostly just sugar water. You might as well be swilling Kool-Aid.
The reason why you should eat five a day is that the *fiber* fights cancer - and when you juice fruits and vegetables, that's the part you leave behind.

Would this question be the same as what is the best way to store juice? Or are you trying to store the pulp for some reason? Either way you can use canning jars and find some directions for canning juice, hope that helps.

Yes, do keep it refrigerated and try to drink the remainder of your juices within 24 hours. I juice every morning and often make some extra so my husband will drink fresh juices instead of soda or bottled juices that have been heated.
While it is true that juiced fruits and vegetables don't give you the fiber that whole foods do, it should NOT be compared to drinking Kool-Aid in any way! Kool-Aid is made with processed and refined sugar and does not contain the natural vitamins and minerals and sugars that fruits and veggies do. Your brain needs glucose (sugar) to operate so fruit juices are a healthy and refreshing way to get sugar and pure water into your system!

It's best to drink the juice ASAP. The nutrients start leaving the juice as soon as 15 minutes after its in the glass.
If you have to store it, make sure its refrigerated and it's in an air-tight container.
Store for no more than 24 hours.

If you absolutely must store it, do it like anything else- airtight and refrigerated.
