I do love the way she looks! I'm not wanting to get rid of her, I just asked what part of her features is a Pom.

Just because she's a mix of two breeds, doesn't guarantee traits of both. She could very well be a mix, and just take after her Maltese parent. The Pomeranian traits, if any, may not show until she's older.

Awww ... you got such a cute puppy well i agree she seem like a Maltese because of her hair and is completely white but there is something on her face, and snout like the way of a pom is not completely round looking like a Maltese but i'm sure that she is going to change a lot in three ot four months from now and loose all the puppy hair and you never know it might get to look more like a pom and even change a little or all of her fur color but either way she is adorable god bless.
PS: dog owner of two a Yorkie and a Schnauzer.

I agree. It looks like a maltese. Cute pup!! Maybe the breeder thinks people will pay more for one of the "designer breeds".?? A friend a few years ago had a litter of pups where one parent was a chihuahua and I think it was poodle mix, and a pekingese and something mix and all the pups looked different. One looked like a chihuahua, one looked like a tiny sheepdog, and the other 2 just cute fluffy pups. But none of them looked the same. The one that looked like a chihuahua looked to be purebred.

sure looks like a maltese to me, but when she gets bigger you might see a little pom in her. My dog is Yorkie and Maltese, but she looks 100% Yorkie, except for her ears. So time will tell. Be patient. PS She is adorable, love her and never hit her and treat her with care.

Doesn't matter what your other dog looked like.. A mixed dog is rarely going to look exactly like another mixed dog even out of the same 2 parents, let alone the same 2 breeds.. It's like a crap shoot, they could look like either or neither.. There is no consistency in breeding mutts.. so you never know or can never predict what the litter might turn out like other than mixed breed dogs.

She looks like a maltese, but something about her face, what I can see of it, does have the shape of a pom.
Either way, man...she's cute!!

Uhhh, don't really understand what you're asking?? You should know that when you get a mix they could take on most of the charactaristics of one breed and it's a crap shoot what they might look or act like. If you didn't like her looks why did you purchase her??

Just like a child can look more like her mother than her father and vice-versa, dogs can favor one breed over another even if they're mixed.
