I take 100 mg of labetalol for blood pressure twice a day. I ran out yesterday. I cannot afford to get it refilled until next week Friday (payday). What are some things I can do to make sure my bp doesn't get dangerously high in the meantime? I'm already having headaches.

Agree with Zsa Zsa and would like to add that if you are in a low income bracket, there may be some help for you out there. Surely your doctor can direct you to the services that are available in your area.

Very dangerous. Call your Dr. immediately, see if they have any samples they can give you to take until next Friday. They should have something you could take for a week to sustitute. Good luck!

Your doctor would surely give you some free samples. Call him early tomorrow. Also why not charge it? Or count some change..
