After going deeply in your question, the only reason I find that most probably it was ant-histamine, it causes these types of weird symptoms.
Next time take 1/4 dose of anti allergic as you are sensitive to it (like me).
This resulted in panic attack. Your cardiac status is normal just avoid anti histamines. No need to worry, but you can take a second opinion.OK.

You don't have a heart problem. You are just sick, and that plays funny tricks with our bodies. What you probably did was simply press too hard on the vein and cut off the blood supply. Since you were awake and breathing, your heart was pumping- I promise you. When your heart stops, you do not stay awake, and you don't breathe long either. You probably had a mild panic attack because you couldn't find or feel the pulse, that's all. Keep in mind, as long as you are aware of things around you, you have a pulse and you are breathing. Your chest pains are probably due to the panic and being ill. In the meantime, until you can see a doctor, keep your fever down with Tylenol and Ibuprofen(Motrin), and drink all the fluids you can. Stay in bed resting, and let your body heal itself on it's own schedule. A fever can make you feel dazed, lightheaded, tired and wiggy. It's the body's way of getting you to be still, by making you too miserable to want to move around. There is no getting better faster, there are no miracle cures. Your body can do it all without your help, and all you have to do is rest, eat, drink and let it get on with what it does best.

There are a couple of reasons why you may not have felt a pulse:
1. You pressed too hard
2. You didn't check the right spot
3. Your dehydrated...which will not help your fever
103.00 is not something to wave away, if you can't get it down with Tylenol or other OTC meds, take them, drink a lot of water, and take a bath in lukewarm water.
Put ice packs under your arms, on your forehead, and your crotch, those are the places where they will be most effective.
If you still dont get better you need to go to the E.R.

My younger cousin once got a seizure from drinking too much coffee.

Hmmm...

It seems like it might have been an allergic reaction to a medication you were taking for the flu. Also, do you take one medication right after the other? You may have overdosed. Doctors may not be able to detect any heart damage or condition, since you are too young.

I really think it was an allergic reaction, side-effect, or you overdosed.

But do go to a doctor and have a heart scan to be sure.

You really need to get yourself to an emergency room. If your temp. goes any higher you could have a seizure. You are actually at risk for a seizure. The fact that you couldn't feel your pulse, you felt dizzy and you couldn't breathe tells me that something is wrong. Try to get some water or liquid in you. Also try to eat some soda crackers. You might just be SEVERELY dehydrated or this could be worse than the flu. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to the emergency, it is for the sake of your LIFE! You want to live? Then get there!

I'm just amazed that you were able to type all that with no pulse. Very impressive for someone with no heartbeat.

Classic panic attack symptoms. You need a clinical psychologist. You have personal issues manifesting themselves in physical ways.

You need to go to the doctor and get an E.K.G done. An E.K.G is a test that shows a picture of your heart waves. I used to be a hospital E.K.G tech.
