Oh, your meal sounds devine! I am enjoying some baked kolrabi stuffed with fresh october beans mashed with garlic, olive oil, and celeriac. I also have quinoa/carrot muffins with a spread made fresh, organic cream, spring onions, and celery. For dessert, I am having a chocolate chip quinoa waffle with fresh berries. Care to join me?

Now that I'm vegan I look forward to very meal. Not just because I can switch up between different types of ethnic food and American food but also I don't have the miserable
feeling I used to get after consuming a meal full of animal grease, toxins, and refined sugars. Good job of troll mimicking on your part. In order to really complete the job though you must give b.a. to a user that agrees with you instead of the people that you adressed. LOL, LOL,LMAO

Yes, yes! I agree. Being vegitarian or vegan forces you to be creative and try new and different foods all the time. I'm always in search of new recipes and flavor combinations. Meat, meat...always the same! I've experienced so many different textures and flavors having a vegitarian diet. Think about putting a dead animal into your body...you're literally taking in its suffering and pain...don't know about you, but I don't need any more suffering or pain in my life!

Ooh, ya had me going for a second. Jalapeno hummus is a bit much for me. I like hummus with extra garlic.
I have a divine recipe for tempeh with pomegranate sauce--it's so goood.
And I have a fabulous tomato-walnut crusted seitan dish that is just to die for.

I agree, before I decided to become a vegetarian I was so bored with food. Now it's fun to eat again because I am learning so many new recipes!

You're doing a great job of trolling! And for the record - I love all kinds of veggies, fruits and grains...In fact, I have a better diet than most of my vegetarian friends! (it's true!). I just happen to enjoy a nice piece of meat or chicken once in a while - but honestly my diet is made up largely of veggies, fish, fruit and grains!

YUK mashed potatoes and steaks everyday! How about fresh fish . . . salmon, mahi mahi, swordfish, tuna, snapper, sole, halibut, bass, etc. Shellfish: lobster, crab, mussels, various clams, oysters. Seafood: squid, octopus, sea urchin, eel, Pork: roasts, ribs, chops. Lamb: Leg of lamb, chops, cutlets, and of course goat, yak, venison, etc. Poultry: pheasant, duck, chicken, cornish hens, partridge, goose . . . . etc. And I love dolmades and roasted lamb and of course my famous porksausage and wild rice dressing with pine nuts stuffed into a few cornish hens and roasted slow. And then of course there is all of the cellulose bearing plants, nuts and berries. So there is no reason for a diet to be boring.
