Are there any natural products/remedies that I can use instead of Albon?

No. Coccidia is a protozoa...not a "parasite". It requires an antibiotic..usually Albon.

No it will not. It is Milbemycin and Praziquantel combined. Heartworm prevention, also will kill roundworms, hookworms and whipworms. It has been used at very high doses for demodex. Get some Albon from your vet for the coccidia.

No, coccidia is not a worm.
