Okay here is my question. My BF sister supposedly became vegan when I showed her how immoral it was to eat meat. The other day I saw her at a cafe with a friend of hers. She did not see me, but I say her eat an egg. I think she should be banned from our lives for this. I tried to talk to my BF about how he sould neve rspeak to her again, but he is hesitant. How can I show him that what she did is so immoral?

This was a very serious question and most people made fun of it. If you made a taunting joke I have reported you. Ashley, at least you a refreshing breath of fresh air in this hypocritical section.

Banned from your lives?
Unless you've taken the steps to fully investigate the content and origin of the "egg", you're seriously in need of a hobby. Their relationship is none of your business, and neither is the food she eats.

1. Are you sure it was eggs not egg substitute or grits, i dont know what the hell grits looks like.
2. Your BF shouldn't have to abandon his sister because you said so if he does that shows your an *** and he has no backbone.
3. Mind your own business you give vegetarians and vegans a bad reputation.

You sound like a communist wanting to control people's lives.

Usted es una ramera.

hint its spanish so you bilingual people will get it hopefully i got it right im still taking classes. its about you ashley.

That's based on your definition of immoral.

Yes, I am a vegetarian, but I don't people out my life when I see them eating an egg. It's her desicion wether she wants to be vegan or not.

I didn't know who the vegan police where until now I guess one of them is you huh? I have a great idea, leave your "boyfriends" sister alone and get a life of your own instead of worrying about what other people are eating.

Nice made-up question fake Ashley. Do you really get a rise out of asking dumb questions that make meat eaters hate vegans?

being a vegan is your choice and thats your thing you can't force others. My best friend is one and she dosent force me or are other friends to be she dosent even care if we eat meat around her. basically your BF's sister knows the damage but it is her choice and you cant force her to do what you want her to do. maybe she only said she would become a vegan so you would stop bugging her? think about it maybe you being too pushy. you cant push your beliefs on others

definitely you're able to tell her.... If all of us no longer purely my sister observed my bf kissing somebody else i might decide for to be attentive to like truly undesirable .... and you dont decide for you sister to get harm do you b/c if he's kissing different women individuals then needless to say he's a cheater being cheated on hurts like no longer something so in case you like her you will tell her.. stable luck

=/
That sounds so retreaded
I'm supposed to be for this since I agree with you on terms on it being immoral and ignorant on the understand what that chicken went through to just lay an egg but...
to not talk to her again? that sounds immature and childish, it's her life and diet choices, if she wants to eat an egg, fine, but that doesn't mean I'm going to join her anytime soon.

You need to read The Scarlet Letter or some history about the Inquisition...
I am glad we do not know each other you tend to be awfully judgemental & use the word IMMORAL way too much.
Poor BF.

Show him color pictures of a chicken embryos in various stages of development. Tell him how that egg could have developed into a chicken that might have been a leader among other chickens.

As him if he wants to go out with someone who cheats on her committment to veganhood and who is likely to cheat on him too.

Good for you and your alertness. We don't need non-committed vegans.

you're kidding right? i mean do you really think this is so bad? eating an egg and calling yourself vegan is not the same as murdering 20 nuns and calling yourself catholic. i hate to say it, as an ethical vegan who works for an animal rights organization, but get over it. especially trying to get your "bf" to disown his own sister? it's behavior such as this that gives the rest of us a bad name (especially those of us working for animal rights). please try to reevaluate your priorities.
