A beach theme? Is it inside or out. And whats the location of your party going to be at? Those could be factors. Outside at a beach, you can never go wrong with cheese burgers and hot dogs, and maybe some bq chicken. Chips and dip of course, And the veggies that is a good idea too. Have soda and lots of water. Inside you could do the same thing, but where's the sand and water, unless you have a pool. If you have a lot of people outdoors and at a beach. Hey get a great tan and enjoy, have fun.

1) Huge shrimp cocktail platter for finger food

2) Huge Teryaki Kebobs w/pineapple, tomato, pick a type of meat, onion, green pepper, etc for entree

3) light salad w/romaine, mango, mandarin oranges and any other citrus that you like!

Mmmmm that's a winner!

Shish kabobs...you can make dinner ones (chicken or steak) and you can make fruit ones (with the fruit ones you can have them sticking out of a pineapple or something to make it cool looking).
