Cut up watermelon....that way you don't have to worry about it not being refrigerated.

baked beans,
mac n cheese (we add crisped bacon crumbles, spices and ranch dressing for a very creamy textured taste)
fruit salad in a carved out watermelon (can be drunked up too)
brownies
cocktail weenies in jack daniels laced bbq sauce (slow cooker)

Beer, 100% beef half-pound hamburgers, bratwursts, franks, steaks... macaroni salad, normal stuff I guess...
