Genital herpes is caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV). Genital herpes is usually caused by herpes simplex virus 2 (HSV2), but it can also be caused by herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV1).

Genital herpes can cause "outbreaks" which are large, painful, open sores in the genital area. These sores can puss, scab over, and finally heal. It can take several days and even weeks for a genital herpes outbreak to heal.

There is no cure for genital herpes, but there is antiviral medication that can help prevent outbreaks and help speed up the healing time of an outbreak.

A sexually transmitted virus that sits in the base of the spine and may or may not present itself in the form of a rash-like outbreak in the genital region, thighs or buttocks. There are two types of the virus, HSV type 1 usually occurs around the mouth in the form of cold sores however it can also occur in the genital region, and HSV type 2 which is the usual form of genital herpes.

There is no cure for genital herpes. Approx 1 in 8 people have HSV type 2 and 80% of adults have HSV type 1 (not necessarily genital herpes though). 80% of people that have genital herpes don't know they have the virus and can therefore pass the virus on unknowingly. You don't need to have physical symptoms to pass the virus.

The emotional trauma that herpes sufferers experience is usually far worse than the physical symptoms. This is for the most part due to the stigma associated with the virus as a result of ignorance and a lack of education within the general public.

I got diagnosed with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about four years back, whilst I was still attending college and had a silly one-night stand. I realize lots of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to have to live with the implications for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date other men again. After all, who wants to go out with someone that has sores round her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/XibcG everything improved.

Not only was I able to eliminate all traces of the herpes virus from my system in less than 21 days, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just a week ago, in front of everyone in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!!! This method provided the opportunity to be happy and experience real love again. Now I want to help others too by sharing this story.
