You should not need any vitamins or minerals. Where do I get my protein? Everything I eat has protein in it, some more so then others though.
For you I would recommend you eat a variety of different seeds, nuts, legumes, and vegetables everyday to get all the protein you need.

Beans, legumes, nuts, seeds, dairy, eggs, whole grains and vegetables all contain protein in varying amounts-it's easy to get enough. The only other nutrient found primarily in animal sources is B12-if you eat dairy and eggs it's no problem but there are many fortified cereals and most soy milk is fortified or there are good supplements for it. Everything else is primarily found in plant foods : )

You will need to take vitamin tablets but if you follow a proper plant based meal and ensure that they have the right nutrients for your age then you'll be ok

Soy beans are a complete source of amino acids, like meat. Also grains and legumes consumed together give you all your amino acids too. Like wheat, wild rice, quinoa or triticale. With peanuts, black beans, chana dal, or black eyed peas.

Lots of human manufactured supplements. Bring lots of money they are expensive. Or you can eat bales of plants, nuts and berries to get what you can get out of 2 oz. of fish.
