I had this intense craving for a Thai dish at a restaurant that is 40 minutes from my house (close to where I work). It is called Uncle Charlie's Fried Rice. I had to have it so I drove the 40 minutes to get there and the 40 minutes back home before I sat down and enjoyed every single bit of it.

I made spaghetti squash last night, and browned some ground elk, and made a tomato sauce. I scooped out the squash and put it in a pan and then put the elk on top, am going to top it with breadcrumb/parmesean cheese mix tonight and bake it - it better be super yummy!

I'm going out tonight to meet some friends & it's still a little warm here in NorCal so we are going to an outdoors, al fresca restaurant called B44 in San Francisco...it's a Spanish themed restaurant -- so it's paella & seafood for us tonight...yummers & delicioso! Also, they have good sangria there...though, I have to ask for a non-alcholic version since I'm pregnant now...
