Well, if you are having a jewelry party, you have to keep in mind whether or not people will need their hands free, will be touching the jewelry, etc...you could make a festive punch for the other beverage and just leave it at that (my family does two liters of ginger ale with a quart of rasberry sherbert) or do a wine knock off like sparkling cider to keep with the theme. For snacks, meat and cheese might be too heavy or greasy and isn't really finger food. Why not go with the wine theme for the party and do a couple finger foods to just make it easy.
1. You can get the bite size quiches or appetizers from most grocery stores or costco. Throw it in the oven right before people arrive, it is still good as it gets room temp later in the evening.
2. Get some toothpicks and skewer a cherry tomato, basil leaf, and mozerella cube, then drizzle with balsamic/olive oil for a "caprese salad".
3. Do a cheese plate. Get a triangle of brie, and one or two other cheeses, and some crackers or specialty breadsticks.
4. Make sure you have coffee and something small for the end of the evening - like buy the brownie bites and top with a fresh rasberry and drizzle with chocolate sauce...looks fancy, but storebought and super easy.

I am having a passion party this saturday night and I was in this predicament as well...
This is what I'm serving- you may want to copy me :)
I am making jello shots, margaritas, strawberry daquiris, and serving beer and some wine coolers.
I am also offering sweet tea and sodas and of course water for the nondrinkers.
The food I am serving is a meat and cheese tray with club crackers, a spinach dip with some bread, a 5 layer dip with tostitos and old fashioned chips and dip.
My party is from 4-7...
You can never go wrong with a spinach dip and a 5 layer!!

Personally I wouldn't serve wine, but for those that don't drink just make sure you have some bottled water, maybe some iced tea or punch. That should be good enough for drinks.
Meat and cheese tray
Veggie and dip tray for those that are on a diet or vegs.
Cookies are great
Forgo the chocolate
You don't want to get things that are too messy since you will be looking at jewelry and touching it.
Most importantly Have Fun!!

I think your idea is just fine. You might want to have some wines that are on the sweeter side too for those who think they dont like wine but have never really given them a shot. Meat and cheese tray is perfect for the wine. You might want to include a few baguette, sliced. I would steer clear of liquor. It isnt a toga party. Sodas, Ice tea and beer are all acceptable substitutions for non-wine drinkers.

cookies always call for a GOOD coffee, not just folgers but something NICE. a Good Tea as well.
If your going to serve alcohol I'd go with Cranberry and Vodka. Being it's a jewelry party, I'm imagining MOST of your guest will be female so beer isn't really all that called for.
Just keep it simple, things that don't require much work. It's to SELL not just entertain

Try purchasing a fruit and vegetable platter, along with the crackers and the dip if a guest would prefer that. I always attempt to bake something from scratch to impress those who attend a party of mine, such as a simple cake or other fine dessert.
To solve your wine problem, I would be as varied as possible: soda, tea, coffee, beer, and water.

EGG AND BACON SAVOURY
3 large eggs (whisked)
8 slices back bacon (diced)
1 medium onion (chopped)
300g full flavour cheddar (grated)
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon sage and onion stuffing mix (optional)
Put eggs, bacon, cheese, onion and tomatoes into a 3 litre (3 quart) casserole dish. Mix thoroughly. Add eggs and stir through mixture.
Bake in a pre-heated oven gas mark 5/190c (about 375 degrees F) until golden and eggs are set.
Serve on buttered toast
I will often make a rectangular slab with puff pastry top and bottom and cut into portion when it cools a little
