YES, It's safe, and a good idea to include fruit in your Diabetic diet. Watch out for the fruits that have HIGH sugar content.Apples,Bananna's,Pears are all good for you. Avoid any canned fruit as it has high sugar levels even when the label says packed in fruit juice, and no added sugar.

Your GP or specialist should have given you advice about how much sugar you can eat (if any at all). I would expect fruit to form part of whatever allowance you have because it contains sugar.

I think it depends on how your diabetes is controlled - if it is controlled by diet alone then you'll have more restrictions on what you can eat than if you have to take insulin.

Because it's such an individual thing, you would be best to wait and ask your Doctor when you have your next checkup, as the results of getting this wrong could be unpleasant for you and your family.

Any diabetic should eat fruit, but like everything they eat it should not be in large am'ts.3 servings per day, like juice in the AM, a pear after lunch and an apple after supper for a snack. Bananas, watermelon are very high in sugar and should be limited. Canned fruit is ok if you buy the no sugar added, but try to stay clear unless you want a change from fresh fruit. Summers have plums, peaches, melons, you have much to choose from.

A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

Diabetics can have fruit - in moderation. Don't stuff your face with grapes, a handful is the recommended amount.
I am type 1 and I eat all fruits but in moderation. Last night I had blackberry and apple crumble made with diabetic sugar. It is fine with single cream.
I hate sugar in tea or coffee so the crumble is my treat. I spent an happy hour in the fields picking the blackberries. Again good for you because exercise makes insulin.

Yes, the natural sugar (fructose) is better than sucrose.
Just avoid the highly concentrated sugars in fruit juices.
Most fruit also provide good fibre.

Sure, just know the carb count and calories for the size of the pear or whatever fruit you choose. It has to be included in your diet.
