I always found when I was chef and worked in Vancouver if it was not in a store, it was always at the Granville Market, although as the the one respondant said check the Yellow Pages under either ethnic grocerys/delis, or cheese shops.

Like alot of other imported cheeses that are more specialized a good supplier is a bit tricky to find, I have the luxury of living in Toronto, so I am able to get almost anything ethnic food wise.

Check out the site for Cacique. They market great cheese and creams, and sell to all the big chains. They also have great recipes.

They'll be able to tell you who they sell to up there.
