A simple blood test checks for diabetes. Of course, that means that you probably don't have it at such a young age. But, and hear me now, but some day if you don't control diabetes with weight loss through exercise and correct diet you could lose your eyesight, limbs, have a heart attack or risk of stroke. Diabetes is a terrible disease if not controlled. That is the point! Don't waste another minute. Loose weight and keep it off!

No symptoms is no surprise. They are there though, you just don't notice them, they come on gradually and aren't all that obvious.
However, if you don't deal with it then there are other symptoms that will turn up later in life that you WILL detect! Blindness, loss of feeling in the feet and legs, a far higher risj of heart attack, etc, etc.
If the 190 is your blood sugar then you need to get that down to under 130 and keep it there. If 190 is your weight in pounds then you probably need to get that down too, unless you are over 6 foot tall.
Multiply your height in inches by itself, then divide by 28. Any weight more than that is bad news.
If 190 is your weight in kilograms then you have a very serious weight problem and you should do everything in your power to loose at least half of that.
Good luck!

Diabetes is a common disorder that occurs when your pancreas either totally stops producing insulin or does not produce enough of the hormone for your body's needs. This results in low absorption of glucose ( sugar) both by th the cells, which stores it. Another result is a high level of glucose ( sugar) in your blood. So first your diet needs to be in check. Eat small amounts of sugar like a few slices of oranges or apples. Don't eat alot of candy at all. watch out for eating to much carbs since this can turn into sugar. Bottom line is you have to watch what you eat from now on. If you keep it in control you wil hopefully keep your sugar low enough to never needs shoots or pills. Always try and fix it with controlling your diet first. No cheating! start to take your sugar tests yourself. Its a cheap machine and you can get them free a lot of times and take the test before you eat. Thing with diabetes is it can cause all sorts of things to go wrong. Eye site, loss of limb and many things you don't want to ever have to deal with. Hope this helps.!

If you have been told by a medical doctor you have diabetes, you have it. A blood sugar of 190 is confirmation.

Have you done a test call GTT? which the full name is Glucose Tolerance Test, this is the most accurate test to diagnose diabetes. But if your fasting sugar is above 8mmol/L when you are healthy, not sick, then you are confirm diabetes. Best of luck....

p.s. The average diabetic has the disease three years before they even know it. Symptoms don't mean anything - you may or may not have them. Sugars in the blood are what determines if you are or are not diabetic.

If you want to be healthy, take your doctor's advice. The complications of diabetes are incurable and sometimes deadly.
