They usually have a diet/light section on the menu and it varies by restaurant,making it hard to give you a specific name to look for.
Chicken, Steamed Veggies and Rice from the healthy part of the menu should be fine =) go easy on the sauces,especially soy because of the salt.

Wonton Soup is a good healthy choice with meat. It has pork in the filling but sometimes they will mix it with ground shrimp which makes it healthier, and plus it a soup with barely any carbs. It does have ALOT of salt, but so does mostly all chinese food, and plus it sometimes comes with veggies. The calories are about 150 per serving.

Steamed vegis and meat and white rice
Also when I did weight watchers I had a cup of chicken and broccoli and 1 cup of white rice for I think 8 points
