I know that it's less than a normal eating out meal or even chinese food- especially the rice since the rice is boiled and not fried. But I wanted to know the exact nutritional value.

Approximation - Glutinous cooked rice:

serving size: 1 cup (174 g)

Cal: 169
Total Carbs: 37g
Dietary fibre: 2g

Sushi will vary depending on the type of the roll and the helping size. There is a very good web site called http://www.nutritiondata.com, check it out.

You can even make up your own recipe and get the nutrition value.
