Ok I have decided to go with serving the hummus in phyllo cups... I have sundried tomato and spinach phyllo cups... What flavors of hummus do you think will go best with these and what do you think will be the best garnish? Thx!

I'd use the classic hummus recipe myself and garnish with olive oil and a sprig of dill or basil

Roasted red pepper hummus or garlic would be awesome with your flavored phyllo! Drizzle with high quality olive oil and : leaf of fresh basil and minced roasted red peppers or ripe tomato to add color.

I would also use classical hummus.
Garnish? Use a tomato wedge and a sprig of basil or mint.
