I live in California and I recently went out for dinner at Dave and Buster's restaraunt. We ordered the shrimp dinner and it came with a yellow/orangish sauce.Kind of tasted like a honey mustard sauce, but not treally.I asked the waitress, but she knew nothing.I would really like to know the recipe if possible. Also had went to Margaritaville in Capitola and ordered the calamari appetizer, and surprisingly came with the same sauce.Any ideas ??

Sounds like the fried shrimp with chipotle-honey sauce. Here's the recipe:

Chipotle Honey Sauce / Glaze

Ingredients
7 wt oz can Chipotle’s in Adobo sauce
6oz wt can frozen “Limeade” concentrate, thawed
1/3 tsp Cayenne Pepper
¾ tsp Onion Salt
1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 quart Mayonnaise
¾ cup “Clover” Honey
½ cup Yellow American mustard. (Ready to use type, not dry powder)

Preparation
Place the Chipotle’s in Adobo sauce, Limeade, cayenne pepper, onion salt, and cider vinegar into a blender and blend until peppers are smooth and completely pureed. Set aside.
Place the Mayonnaise, Honey, Mustard and Vegetable oil into a mixing bowl

Notes
(Makes approx. 2 quarts.)

Aioli Sauce
1 3/4 tablespoons minced garlic
1 egg, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups fruity olive oil
1-1 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper
In a blender or a food processor, puree garlic with egg.
Mix oil with lemon juice in a pouring jar.
With motor running, add oil mixture slowly in a thin stream.
Add salt and pepper and whirl an additional 10 seconds.
Taste for seasoning. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate. If the mixture separates or does not thicken, correct it as follows: Pour all but 1 tablespoon of separated mayonnaise into another container. Add 1 tablespoon water to remaining tablespoon of mayonnaise in food processor.
With motor running, add separated mayonnaise slowly; mixture should regain right consistency- if not, try again.
It is best to prepare this the day before, to allow flavors to mingle and mellow out.

**I'm not sure of the sauce you're wanting, but this sauce is fantastic with calamari and shrimp*** ENJOY!!!

That is most likely a clarified butter with spices or mustard. Play with different combinations to try to figure it out.
