I'm of Italian decent and enjoy many dishes. My husband loves any type of pasta and sauce but mine is cavatelli. My mom used to make her own pasta ALWAYS and the stuff in the box took me years to get used to. (yes, I do make it from scratch too)

Too many to list...I'm of Italian descent (and have been exposed to italian food, italian-american food often) so there is a lot to choose from:).
I do not like seafood though...

Well for me its Gnocchi (potato dumpling pasta) covered in Marinara sauce with a side of italian sausage. I remember my grandma making each one of those dumplings by hand and covering the entire kitchen table. It would take her all day to make it and all of us less than an hour to eat it up! Yummmmmm! :)

Pasta con vongole, carbonara, seafood spaghetti - any of these served with hot focaccia bread dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. YUMMY!!!
