Okay, let me turn it around on you.
Would you sell your soul for 500,000 pounds? You could do anything you want with the rest of your natural life.
Goes against your intermost feelings and thoughts you say?
The devil trying to get you to go against your own free will you say?
The object of the challenge is different in the two offers, however, the point is the same.
No, I wouldn't take 500,000 pounds to alter my life style to your way of thinking.
g-day!

I think I would.
My daughter has been vegetarian for 10 years and is bordering on Vegan. As a family we have been edging closer to a vegetarian diet over the years, to the point where I can happily live without meat.
We've also started using more soya milk and olive oil spreads, so if we could just find a vegan egg and cheese I think I could go vegan.

No, i wouldn't even go from veggie to vegan because people might associate my standards with yours.
Imagine that one day someone might say " Oh, you're vegan, like Ashley ?". It would be a nightmare
If you want to get answers from meat-eaters, why post it here ?

Yes - because I am privileged and live in a first world country where it is possible to be a vegan. But I have a moral conundrum because there are humans that rely on animal protein to survive. It would be bigoted to tell an Inuit (eskimo) or some tribe deep in the heart of the Amazon that they must change their lifestyle. I am a God fearing person and God said thou shall not kill another human being. Starvation is killing. Even you would dig up a stump to eat a grub if your were starving. Get off your high horse and be realistic.

No,never - even though I could do with the money, being a vegan must be so difficult. I love dairy food more than meat!

Its definitely worth considering. For 1/2Million its certainly an incentive to alter a persons way of life. Would certainly help to reduce the uk's obesity!
