YOU CANT GET AN STD FROM KISSING ...
BUT I WOULD GO TO THE DR BECAUSE YOU COULD HAVE A THROAT INFECTION THAT NEEDS SOME ANTIBIOTICS TO GET BETTER...WHICH IS NORMAL...PEOPLE GET BACTERIAL THROAT INFECTIONS ALL THE TIME...

A LOT of illnesses and viruses can be passed from kissing. If she has a cold, sore throat, strep throat, mono, etc. and kisses you then you can catch something from her.
Also, STDs are NOT spread by kissing someone. Herpes (cold sores) can be passed by kissing someone who has them, but this is NOT a STD. Cold sores are usually passed by kissing someone so it is not considered a STD unlike genital herpes which is almost always spread by sex.
If you have had a sore throat for 10 days then see a doctor and get them to look at it. Sore throats are one of the most common health complaints and could be a number of different things. Good luck!

I doubt you got an STD from kissing. Unless your girlfriend has been having oral sex with other people, your sore throat is probably from a virus or allergies. Get yourself checked out by a doctor.

I doubt its an STD. If you have white spots in your mouth it can either be strep throat or mono - which can appear like strep. If its been that long I'd suggest going to the doctor for a strep test (it takes like 5 min) and then you can find out for sure.

School has just started here and all the kids are catching a bug.
Symptoms include sore throat, ear ache, and lethargy. Perhaps this bug is in your area of the country, too.

From what you are saying, it is very unlikely. probably sinus or maybe just to much rough kissing. [just kidding] I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS BEFORE IN ALL MY YEARS AS A PRACTICING NURSE. if she had a cold or sinus infection, you could have caught it, but it is not std. If you are healthy, i doubt that even giving blood would affect you. You should not give blood if you are sick.

You probably just caught a cold or possibly mono (mono is commonly referred to as the "kissing disease" - it's not an STD). If all you did was kiss, you didn't get an STD.

I highly doubt you have an STD. But if I were you I'd go to the doctor.
