Airborne, zinc, a multi-viamin, fluids, lots of sleep, maybe chicken noddle soup. No alcohol or dairy. This works for me every time and I never get the full-blown cold, but you have to do all of this as SOON as you feel it coming on.

Vick's Vapor rub on the chest and throat and sucking Ricolla tabs for inside the throat. If you get a fever have plenty of juice, aspiren and soup handy. Good luck!

At the first sign of me getting a cold I take Zinc tablets. Works for me !

Start eating Chips and salsa..The more hot the better..Put on your food ...Keep it in your diet. Then come back here 5 years from now and tell everyone you haven`t been ill ..
Truth is it really does work...Stay away from the meds!

Crush a clove of garlic - eat it and chase with a teaspoon of honey. It will burn but it will curb a cold or keep it from getting worse.
For me, I just rebuke it in the name of Jesus and it leaves quickly.

Lots of vitamin c and I also recommend that you drink plenty of hot lemon and honey, it does the cold a lot of good.

Rest, nothing else, get there under the duvet with a few old newspapers and colour supplements if you get bored.
