I have exercise-induced asthma. But, I'm not real sure what your question is.

Asthma is coming out of deep-rooted fear, anxiety and stress. Asthma is now considered an anxiety disorder by the medical community. It has nothing to do with what you breathe. It is fear of abandonment coupled with insecurity.

I've only had one attack in my life and it was brought on by stress. I had to move my daughter and get her put on dialysis and it became too much stress and worry.

If you are suffering at this very moment. Try breathing into a bag. Try your hardest to breath normal and slow and quiet and calm and peaceful.

Read the Book of Psalms in the Bible. Remember this Bible verse that the Lord said, "Be still and know that I am God."
Start turning things over to the Lord and trusting Him. He will sustain you.

Remember this verse also. "Perfect love casts out fear, because fear has torment (asthma)." God is perfect love so take your pressures, problems and confusion to God.
