my bday is in like 17 days and i am going to be 13. I am a girl. would it be stupid to have a game like whose line is it anyways there? i cant figure out a theme. i am (hopefully) renting a room with foosball and pool tables. i am also getting a cake made. this is the only big party i can have until i turn 16 so i want to remember it. i dont know what kind of cake i want, what colors i want,what music i want,what food i want, what theme colors i want, and what games i want to play there. most of my friends are kinda shy and i dont want a dance cause i dont have enough people. suggestions?

You could make it an animal theme, and go to the zoo.
a day at the park with picnic and barbe-Q
Why not a swimming party? Rent out a pool! :o)

You could hire a d.j. maybe? they have a wide vareity of music, and honestly, they d.j. for parties of any size. Money is money to them.
Color scheme
Just make your color scheme match whatever theme you go with. Like, if you have an animal party, make everything green and forrest like. :o)

Sounds like you are stressing out too much hon. Just relaxed and take a breath for a sec cutie. About the cake, just get one and don't worry about it. It don't have to look perfect you know. As long as it taste yummy than it's good. As for food, I would suggest some chips, soda, and if you can afford it some sea food. As for games, just bring whatever you want. It's your party. If you are asking for a fun game than mine is chess and checker. I care less about other games. Since most of your friend is shy, I would just use white T and jean and my theme cause it will be simple and don't it sound cool? White T and jean ahahahah. Anyways, I do recommend doing a dance anyways even though your friends are shy. Dance are always a memory.... Good luck and chill out. Your 18 up is the one you need to stress most about...

I have a better idea:
1) Have a slumber party.
2) Have it at your house.
3) Have the girls bring sleeping bags.
4) Watch DVDs
5) Have some games for those that prefer games
6) Music
7) Teen Magazines and People Magazines
8) Make lots of brownies, popcorn, cookies, cupcakes, pizza, soda, chips & dips. Lots of junk food.
9) The next morning, ask your Mom if she will have kind of a restaurant.....eggs & toast, pancakes, waffles, egg buritos, blueberry muffins. Kind of a neat buffet asking each girl what she would like. My Mom did that 15 years ago and I still have friends from junior high tell me my slumber party was just wonderful.....and they mention that breakfast that was just for them.

Where do you live? Because if you live somewhere with a mall you can create a mall scavanger hunt and play that with your friends. By mall scavanger hunt i mean get your parents to hide things in the mall, then you go around & find them with cules. Then you can go back to your house and do the normal birthday routine.

go with bright colors, but use metallic balloons from a party store. like jewel tones. you can get streamers too.
for music use an ipod if you have one... hit shuffle and pump it thru speakers in house or from a radio.
if you like chocolate go with a choc cake with raspberry or a choc mousse filling. that's what i had for my 16th (choc/berry)
go with a whipped topping icing instead of the realllly sugary other kind.
