Hmmm, on the SAD (standard American diet), you probably get roughly six times the protein you need. An average vegan probably gets twice the protein s/he needs, so let's say about three.

I eat an excess of protein... so I don't know and don't care... but I bet it would take about fifty to equal the saturated fat intake.

hm lol..idk.

i'm just 14, so my book said that i need about 46 grams a day (not so sure if i need THAT much), but a lot of adults get like 60+ grams a day! that's waaaay to much!

A whole 1 pro'l, depending on how it's cooked. Deep fried & battered, maybe 3/4's of a whole 1.
