I eat an excess of protein... so I don't know and don't care... but I bet it would take about fifty to equal the saturated fat intake.

hm lol..idk.
i'm just 14, so my book said that i need about 46 grams a day (not so sure if i need THAT much), but a lot of adults get like 60+ grams a day! that's waaaay to much!
