Here are a few suggestions:

- I love layering a crunchy cereal that has clusters (or granola), then fruits (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, any that you like), and finally yogurt (any flavor you like). It’s one of my favorite breakfasts, and you can make the layers as thin as you want, and then have multiple layers.
- Try different cereals. I love Cheerios with soymilk and little slices of bananas.
- Waffles, they’re great with jams. Oh, I ran out of jam this morning so I used a little bit of yogurt instead, and it was surprisingly good.
- Pancakes, you can use store bought and put jam on top or you can make your own. I love making my own and adding blueberries and just a pinch of cinnamon.
- Oatmeal is really good. Add a little bit of sugar of cinnamon, and fruits, it a great breakfast.
- If you’re in a rush, Nature Valley has a great Oats ‘N Honey Crunchy Granola Bar that’s really good.
- Smoothies are a really good choice. You can use soymilk, or regular milk, any type of juice, and fresh or frozen fruit. Smoothies are usually foolproof, so no matter what you use, you’ll have a great breakfast.
- Make a breakfast burrito.
- Cottage Cheese is really good with honey and some toast.

Have fun and enjoy your breakfasts!!!!

My favorite breakfasts:

cold cereal and toast and fruit

Hot cereal (cream of wheat, oatmeal, or malt-o-meal) with honey and milk, Toast, fruit

Scrambed tofu (YUM!!) toast, fruit

Biscuits and Gravy (Get some of the vegetarian sausage and crumble it in the gravy to add extra yum) Fruit

Pancakes and vegggie sausage or veggie bacon fruit

Waffles (come on, eggos take what, 3 min in the toaster?) with veggie bacon or veggie sausage, fruit

Fruit soup over toast: take some canned fruit (fruit coctail) add some frozen strawberries or other berries to it in a saucepan. Take apple juice concentrate and melt it, add corn starch , add to the fruit, let it get hot and bubbly. Put over dry, well toasted toast. YUM!!

There ya go.. Take it from there

Oh.. also there should be a federal law prohibiting the consumption of breakfast without liberal quantities of orange juice. ;)

I eat the same thing every day, too, but I swithch the components around for variety.

Protein-eggs,yogurt,cheese, cottage cheese,soymilk
Whole grain-oatmeal,quinoa flakes,whole grain bread,bagels or tortilla,whole grain cereal
Plant foods-every kind of fruit or veggies

So, one day I might have yogurt, whole wheat toast and a pear then the next day a quesadilla and sliced tomatoes then whole grain cereal with soy milk and berries-there's so many options.

You should not eat eggs more then twice a week. They arent healthy in the amount you are eating. I usually have either whole grain cereal or whole wheat toast and fruit.

Try a fruit salad, with or without yoghurt. If you get bored with that just change the ingrediants.
