I wasn't sexually active for a year, then i had a boyfriend for 2 months, we had sex but ALWAYS with a condom. We broke up and 2 weeks later having a new boyfriend we had sex about 10 times so far and NEVER used a condom, something i've never done, i've always used condoms. 3 days ago i felt this itch in my vagina, and i can feel the itch again now. I've never had an itch before or any pain or anything, i've never gotten tested before because i don't sleep with guys around. I've only had sex with 5 guys, always used a condom, only this time....and i'm afraid. Shall i wait couple more day and see if the itch is gonna go away, or shall i buy OTC cream or is it just best to go to the Dr. I'm so mad at myself for not using condoms this time. And this guy i'm seeing now has been having A LOT of girlfriends, but i've never asked him if he has ever had been tested or has had anything in his past. Please help! Thank you.

Hello,
The response from 'Justin's girl' is accurate. Yeast infections can be very itchy but it is usually external and sometimes accompanied by a chunky yellowish/white discharge which smells like yeast. I would make an appt with a dr ASAP to get it checked. If you are unsure of where to go, check out www.plannedparenthood.org. They have clinics nationwide and if you don't have health insurance they work on a sliding fee scale. Your visit would be very cheap compared to a private doctor and even possibly free!
'Justin's girl' is right. You are not a whore. You just need to be aware and more careful moving forward. Your sexual health is just as important as your overall health. Good luck and feel free to e-mail me with any questions!

See a doctor. Don't be mad at yourself. Things happen. You will know better next time. As he has had multiple partners, STDs cannot be out ruled. An OTC cream will only be a band aide in the big picture. Best to be tested for STDs . There are a lot of stds that can be treated with just one application. You should be checked for all kinds. Tell the doctor the truth, and do NOT be afraid. People do things they know they shouldn't all the time. You are a smart, health wise girl. Go get checked.

OMG...I can't believe that FU@K just called you that!

Moving ON...It sounds like a simple yeast infection...however, it could be something else. You didn't mention any color, discharge, smell, etc along with the itching. I would not treat this one over the counter as you can cover up what you might want to be tested for in the very near future. I suggest going to the doc immediately and getting checked out for this one, especially since you just started having unprotected sex with this new guy.

Don't beat yourself up too much for this one. Get tested and if you're gonna stay with him explain the situation to him and either have him start using condoms or have him tested. Best to be safe from here on out.

By all means you are definitely NOT A WHORE.

Take care and I hope this helps.

dont be frightened, at first your going to the well-being practitioner quickly, 2nd of all your no longer sexually energetic so its no longer a STD or STI which might somewhat suck having a yeast an infection is a soreness in the butt and it itches and scents with a unusual and wonderful discharge, in case you;ve had antibiotics at present this is a clarification for it, truly its once you dont have adequate stable micro organism "down there". if it doesnt somewhat itch its in all probability no longer a yeast an infection, and a white discharge is popular on your age, and your era would be atypical for awhile, like 2 years or so after your first era

first of all coudos on the sex life.
i dont think the itching means that you have an std and if there's no smell it cant be an yeast infection. it could be just an itch

If you have been having unprotected sex, then you could very well have an std. So, go to the doctor. That is the best thing you can do.
