does pegasys cause low pulse rate?

I had a heart attact in feb 07 and now I'm taking pegsays injections for Non Hodgkins Lymphoma

If you have a slow heart rate on pegasys, you need to notify your doctor immediately! If it is unusually slow, it is indicative of a serious side effect. Your doctor can determine if it is too much of a change by comparing your present heart rate to what it was before you started the medication. Please call your doctor first thing in the morning.

thats pretty bad, maybe ur under alot of stress?
