If you're looking for a lot of recipes, you can find tons of low or no sodium cookbooks at any major bookstore. You can also research some recipes online. I found this site to be pretty good:

Step 1 is to remove the salt shaker from your table.
Step 2 is to make the same recipes you used to but not add salt. E.g. boiling pasta, rice, vegies etc do not add salt to the water. Do not use it as a seasoning in your cooking.
Step 3 is to avoid most pre-packaged processed foods, most have added salt.
Experiment a little with other seasonings. Some things just aren't the same without salt, (hot potato chips!!!!) try using a salt substitute.
Your palate will soon adjust to the changed flavours and you will appreciate subtle flavours more.

You can use many of your favorite recipes but use a salt substitute . Fresh herbs also make a recipe taste so much better and salt isn't even missed. It is, unfortunately, almost impossible to eat out on this diet. But there are some good home cooked meals that can be enjoyed without having to sacrifice much.

there is nothing like NO-SALT diet. What is required for paients with High Blood Pressure and certain types ofheart problems is "LOW-SALT-DIET". Salt is an integral partofthe diet and shouldnt be totally eliminated,
