I just had a physical at the doctors office. For Glucose, my sheet says that normal is 70-100. I guess that number works for people of any gender or weight.

The latest they want you to have is 100 or slightly under...it used to be 120...they change it every now and again...Just watch it....and they don't call you diabetic 'till it reaches 120 to 140...you can control it by diet.

Was that a fasting reading you did?....What I said is for a fasting reading..
