She needs to see a doctor and get treated. Since she is 16, she does not get to make the choice of not taking medications. That decision belongs to her parents. Tell her parents that she needs to get help. If she doesn't, depending on what kind of diabetes she has, she could be dead today.

Do not try to be a doctor a the age of 16. You do not know what she has. Low blood sugar is not diabetes although some diabetics get low blood sugar from the medications that they take.
You are being too dramatic when you ask how long she had to live. Many diabetics ( and she might not be one) live into their 80s and 90s.
There are glucose tablets that you can purchase in a drugstore if she has low blood sugar. Do not assume that she has low blood sugar without testing.
She may have other problems. It is good that you are concerned. Turn that concern into something really useful by convincing her and her parents that she should go to a doctor.
Good luck.

There is no doctor who can give you a diagnosis or prognosis based on that information. First off, based only on what you told me, I'm far from sure that your friend is diabetic, it's not impossible, but those are not typical symptoms. If she is hellbent on not seeing a doctor to figure out what's wrong, then there is little that can be done, it may be a minor problem, it may be serious, I can't tell from here. If she is diabetic and is not getting it treated, then it's likely that it's type I (unless your friend is very overweight) and that if it continues to be untreated, she may end up in a diabetic coma and get rushed to the hospital (or die) but as I said, I'm not convinced that it is diabetes.
She should see a doctor and at least try to figure out what's going on before she makes any decisions about whether she would want treatement or not.

Honestly, it is these kinds of questions that really piss me off. Was she diagnosed with diabetes by a doctor? No, so you don't know if she has diabetes or not. Even if she is grossly overweight, it could be a heart condition or something else that is wrong with her. If she doesn't want to go to the doctor, tell her parents. If they can't get her to go, chalk it up to Natural Selection. Anyone who is stupid enough not to go to the doctor's office when something is very wrong deserves what he or she gets. And you should stay in school and study harder- your grammer is atrocious.

What gave her the idea that diabetes is a death sentence? It's not. A person can live a very long life with the disease. But first of all, she needs to find out if she has it. Her parents need to know and help her make decisions based on what the doctor finds. Encourage her to tell her parents and get something done.

I am both a nurse, and I have a long history of diabetes in my family...
your girlfriend is crazy if she is going to be stubborn and not treat her diagnosis (if she is diabetic). With diet this and that available, she can live a relatively normal, and long life.
vomiting is NOT a sign of diabetes, however, dizziness is a sign of low blood sugar... or.....Does your girlfriend have a eatting disorder?
She needs to get to a doctor and get diagnosed. then treated

It sounds like she's hypoglycemic -- low blood sugar. She won't die soon, but her parents should take her to a doctor for a check-up. Is she bulemic??

60 is actually low and in no way indicates diabetes.
Talk to her parents and tell them you are concerned.
Does she have an eating disorder ?
Good luck
