I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Cider contains sugar ,some diabetics might not agree with me ,but I am one of them ,and I say one small glass is good to keep your sugar levelled . But if you drink that glass you must refrain on something else for that day.

Cider contains a great amount of sugar. If you really must have some then do not drink too much of it and you should lower your sugar intake in other food and drinks for that day.

well I drink about 11.25 units of alcohol in one night. I'd have a 750 ml bottle of Mojito and people call me an alcoholic for it. I also have one bottle of wine each day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and people tell me I am killing myself by doing this. I know most people (like the ones who tell me the same thing) would say no and that's it's bad for you and dangerous but you only live once and you are going to go one day anyways no matter what so I'd say have fun you're not hurting anyone. I'd say do it as long as you give your body time to recover after wards.

Sure - if you keep the amount down. Diabetics are allowed a little sugar. We have a diabetic in our home and watch his diet like a hawk. Included in his breakfast is 4 oz apple juice (high in potassium).

Your doctor should have given you a chart outlining your daily meals, allowed amounts, etc. If he hasn't - ask for it.

Make sure that any cider you drink is pasteurized. Diabetes compromises our immune systems and we don't want to consume anything in it's raw state that needs to be pasteurized, especially milk and juices.
Count your carbs and balance cider into your daily carb count.
If you're like me.. add a shot of rum. It will help bring your sugars down.
